I have had real estate in my blood since birth. I am a third-generation Realtor and have been exposed to the Realtor lifestyle my entire life. Since my career started, I have closed well over 1,000 real estate transactions and over the last 15 years have become well known as a “fixture” in the Orange County area. Unlike other Realtors who may treat their clients as just a number, we thrive on treating every client like they are our only client and offer old fashioned, personalized service and support that has been missing in the real estate world since the internet age began. Besides being a real estate professional who is well versed in the art of buying and selling Orange County homes, my team and I are also skilled in helping homeowners with short sales and foreclosures plus we also thrive on helping first time home buyers and real estate investors get into the homes that they really want.

Mike is a natural leader with a strong sense of self and a deep passion for real estate. With over a decade in the industry, he drives sales at the Fred Sed Group through accountability, training, and expertise. Starting his career as an ISA, Mike quickly honed his skills by following Fred’s lead and transitioned into a full-time real estate agent. His favorite lead generation pillar is Open Houses, which he executes at an exceptionally high level. As Director of Sales, Mike plays a crucial role in the team’s success, bringing consistency in production, hands-on training, and, of course, his signature dry humor. Kaylee Harrigan

Operations Manager

Kaylee began her real estate career as a licensed agent, successfully closing deals before discovering her true passion—the operations side of the business. With experience as an Executive Assistant to a top-producing agent, she made a significant impact on streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. In 2024, Kaylee joined the Fred Sed Group as our Operations Manager, where she consistently brings fresh ideas and innovative strategies to support our agents and elevate the client experience. Fio graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Accounting and started her career as a public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she audited Fortune 500 Companies and developed a strong sense in problem-solving skills. After a few years in Corporate America, she realized that helping families to achieve the American Dream of home ownership, was her true passion. (first time, move up, relocation) Her proven commitment to creating genuine customer relationships and strong acumen of problem-solving skills, assure her clients that she can make each transaction smooth and enjoyable. In her free time, Fio and her husband, love camping, karaoke, traveling the world and backyard BBQs with friends and family.

Robert Chevalier

Robert has been in sales and customer service roles his entire career. He started his career at the age of 18 in the cellular business doing all aspects from face to face sales, management, indirect sales, and account executive. He left the cellphone industry after several years and a few awards, he then found himself working for a fortune 100 company in their merchant services division. After establishing himself there he won several awards including CEO sales club, awarded to only the top 15% in the entire company. Robert has used his career to sharpen his skills in the sales and the customer service area. Robert prides himself on delivering the best customer experience he can while keeping the highest of standards possible. He is a problem solver and always has your best interest in mind, thus the natural progression into this field. When he is not working he loves to spend time with his family in the San Fernando Valley were he lives with his long time girlfriend, son and two dogs.
