    William Lyon Announces The Branches Development In Irvine

    Thanks to the increase in demand for homes in Orange County, more builders are getting into the game and William Lyon Homes is the latest home builder to announce their return to the Orange County home building market by confirming that they will be building a new development called “The Branches” in Irvine. The new development in Irvine California will contain 48 homes and it’s going to be the first new home development in the Woodbridge area in over 15 years.

    Moving Forward Quickly

    Lyon, who is going to partner with another well known builder: Resmark Construction was able to close over six acres in Irvine and the new home development is quickly moving forward with models expected to be ready for showing sometime early February 2013.

    Lesley Pennington, Regional Vice President at Lyon’s recently showed Lyon’s commitment to “the Branches” development by affirming that it’s going to be one of the finest developments in Irvine and will follow in the tradition of the Woodbridge development by offering luxurious amenities right in the heart of Irvine, California.

    What Will The Branches Offer?

    The Branches development will feature two and three-story homes that will be between 2,209 and 2,500 plus square feet. The average home in the development will be between three and five bedrooms and featuring garages that are capable of storing two cars or one-car and your weekend toys. Prices will start in the mid $900,000’s.

    More Lyon Developments

    Besides The Branches, Lyon homes will also be developing homes near University Park, the new development will be called Willow Bend and it will consist of 55 homes that will be perfect for single families because, this development will not require homeowners to pay CFD, Mello Roos or HOA fees.

    The great thing about the Willow Bend development is that it will offer convenient access to the Irvine Unified School district, shopping, beaches and so much more.
