Orange County 2012 1st Quarter Real Estate Market Recap | Fridays with Fred


    In the first quarter of 2012 the Orange County Real Estate Market saw an 8.9% increase in sales with a total of 6,321 homes sold throughout Orange County. Much of this was due to lack of available inventory, low interest rates, and low home prices. The inventory available is near a seven year low and appears to become more scarce.
