    After hiring a Realtor you should hire your own Real Estate Attorney. This is another important part to the home buying process because, you’re going to need a Realtor to draft the documents that you will need and insure that your rights are best represented.

    You Found A Home, Now What?

    After hiring a Realtor and a Real Estate Attorney, you should make sure you get an appraisal of the home that you’re interested in purchasing because, this will help to determine what the real market value of the home is and your lender will need this information because, it will help them to determine the total amount of your Mortgage Loan.

    After having the appraisal, you should schedule an inspection of the home that you’re interested in buying, be prepared to submit a fair offer on the home and purchase homeowners insurance
    once your offer has been approved.
